Preparing for your trip to Scotland
Following Brexit, here are the new rules for entering and traveling in Scotland:
- Citizens of the EU and Switzerland can travel to the UK visa-free and for 6 months;
- From October 1, 2021, only passports are accepted, except for Irish citizens;
- Your pet must have a passport;
- Certain dog breeds are prohibited;
- The European driving license is valid.
Our advice: plan your possible administrative procedures 4 months in advance and check regularly with the French government website on developments related to Brexit.
